The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, offering a complimentary drink upon arrival and even providing me with yogurt and fresh rolls when I arrived back late one evening. The owners, Danilo and Stefan, were also hands-on and available to chat with guests, which felt rare and special. The hotel restaurant had a great atmosphere and delicious food. the attention to customer service and the value for money made me feel like a VIP.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with clearer communication about the cost of water from the bar and the parking fees. It would have been helpful to know this information upfront to prevent any surprises.
